The TRIMIG 300-4S DV 230-400V is the ideal 3-phase “synergic “welding machine for locksmith
work, maintenance and semi-industrial production work. Suitable for welding steel, stainless
steel and aluminium, it is recommended for intensive professional use up to Ø1.2mm (Ø1.6mm
occasionally) using its 4 roller wire feeder.

PRODUCT

In « Synergic » mode, setting is fast and simple. The Microprocessor controller will automatically set the optimum wire
speed. This avoids complex set-up and ensures optimum weldingparameters

3 FUNCTIONS AVAILABLE

2T: 2 stroke welding.
4T: 4 stroke welding, to weld during a long period withoutconstantly pressing the trigger.
Spot: for plug welding.

2 FUNCTIONS : SYNERGIC OR MANUAL

With this function, the wire speed setting is Automatic.
Simply select:
• the wire type
• the wire ø
• the power
TRIMIG 300-4S sets theoptimum wire speed foryou. The settings (wire
diameter, wire type andmode) entered in thismode are kept in memory
and will be ready to usefor the next job.
Manual: Manual adjustment of the wire speed.

NO GAS PROCESS

This process allows to :
Weld with cored wise thanks to polarity reversal.
Ignore perturbations due to the exterior environment (wind).

DESIGNED FOR HEAVY DUTY WORK

The TRIMIG 300-4S is suitable for Ø200 /Ø300mm wire reels.
It is equipped with a 4 roller wire-feeder, idealfor feeding soft aluminium wires as well as
for the most demanding jobs.
